About Jennifer Dazols

Jennifer Dazols is on a mission to transform the way we think about money and work.

Jenni specializes in working with Women and LGBTQ professionals in their 30s, 40s and 50s who want to forge their own path in work and life.

Jenni comes from 15+ year career in tech, most recently as a director at a Fortune 500 company in Silicon Valley. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER and a member of NAPFA (National Association of Personal Finance Advisors) and the FPA (Financial Planning Association). She has a B.A. in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis and a certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University.

Jenni was named “Hero of the 500s” by Fortune Magazine for her community contributions. In 2015, Jenni and her wife Lisa produced the documentary film Out & Around, where they traveled to 15 countries to interview the leaders in the global movement for equality. In 2020, Jenni and Lisa founded the Asia Rainbow Ride, an annual three day charity bike ride in Taiwan that raises money for LGBT freedoms in Asia. Their TED talk “This is what LGBT Life is like around the World” has over 3 million views.

Jenni and Lisa have two children, Charlie and Jesse. Their favorite family activities are globetrotting, bicycling, and pancake mornings.
