About DIANA FREEBURG

Diana Freeburg is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ who helps tech professionals make the most of their equity compensation, including RSUs, stock options, and the tax planning opportunities that come with them. Originally from Seattle, Diana earned her bachelor’s degree from Lewis & Clark College and has lived in San Francisco since 2008, where she has spent her career helping people tackle their financial goals with clarity and confidence.

Diana began her career in the nonprofit world, first at a credit counseling agency helping people get out of debt, and later running the First Time Homebuyer Program at the San Francisco LGBT Center. She completed her financial planning coursework at UC Berkeley and became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ in 2016. Today, she brings the same spirit of care, advocacy, and practical guidance to her work with clients navigating complex compensation and financial decisions.

Diana and her husband have two elementary school-aged children, Milo and Naomi, who keep their weekends very busy. When she’s not working, you can probably find her digging through new releases at the library, taking her kids somewhere on the family cargo bike, or enjoying time in her garden.
